On Saturday evening 29 January, my wife and I, with friends, celebrated our wedding anniversary. That is three days ago now. I have often thought about our waiter. He was brilliant – absolutely brilliant. It may have been Alistair – a tall gentleman with rather curly hair, and he may have been acting manager that night. For our group, it was a terrific evening. The food was very, very good (thanks to the chefs). But again, it was our waiter who undoubtedly "stole the show" for us. Attentive. Intelligent. Extremely pleasant manner. Very helpful. Always alert to our needs and wants. Totally professional. Wow, what a guy. The best waiter I have ever encountered anywhere. Others in our group felt very much the same. Congratulations on having such a superb member of staff. I am sure that you recognise he is a real treasure in your business. By the conclusion of our meal, he had obviously picked up on the fact that it was our wedding anniversary, and he arranged for six small pieces of chocolate cake with a congratulatory message written, in chocolate, on the side of the serving plate. It was both unexpected as well as extremely thoughtful. Could you kindly pass on our grateful thanks to Alistair for the excellence in his service throughout a wonderful evening.

We will be very happy to recommend Tiffanys to all of our friends. You are "top shelf".

We are back in Australia and would just like to say how much we enjoyed our Christmas lunch. The food and service were excellent, my husband kept saying how much flavour the food had.
It was just a pity about the earth tremors for the next few days. When the first one came on Christmas night I thought that a truck or something had crashed into the building we were staying in. My husband realised what it was and told me not to panic, but of course I did. Then the next day we were walking through the botanic gardens when the next big one came. I have never experienced anything so frightening. Anway thanks again for a wonderful lunch and congratulations on having such a wonderful chef.

The Maitre D' ( Alastair) was absolutely fantastic and your Midwinter Feast was absolutely delicious. We haven't had such a lovely meal for a long time. So please pass on our compliments to your Chefs.
